and the pressure that tears at your resistance, means
COURAGE
Keeping a smile on your face, when inside you feel like dying,
for the sake of supporting others, means STRENGTH
Stopping at nothing, and doing what in your heart you know is right,
to make another's life a little more bearable, without uttering a single complaint,
means COMPASSION
Helping a friend in need, no matter the time or effort,
to the best of your ability, means LOYALTY
Giving more than you have and expecting absolutely nothing in return,
means SELFLESSNESS
Holding your head high, and being the best you know you can be
when life seems to fall apart at your feet, and facing each difficulty

Ways to obtain the love of Allah
THE great scholar Ibn Al-Qayyim Al-Jawziyyah is often referred to as the 'Imam of the Hearts.' Reading and reflecting on his treatise on the ways that bring about the love of Allah, it isn't hard to see why...
* Recitation of the Qur'an with reflection and understanding of its meanings and what is intended by it, as one reflects over a book which he has memorized and which he expounds so that he may understand what its author intends from him.
* Getting closer to Allah with supererogatory acts of worship, after the obligatory ones, for they will take him to another level of love that comes after love.
* Constant remembrance in every circumstance by the tongue, the heart, the actions and (one's) condition, so a person's share of love is in accordance with his share of this remembrance.
* Preferring His love over your own when desires overcome you and climbing to reach His love, even if the ascent is difficult.
* The heart's comprehension of His Names and Attributes, witnessing them and having knowledge of them, to immerse himself in the garden of this knowledge and its fundamental pillars. Whoever knows Allah by His Names, Attributes and Actions, will, no doubt, love Him.
* Witnessing His generosity, His benevolence, His favors and blessings, both hidden and open, for these things all call to His love.
* And this is the most amazing of all: the heart's total surrender to and humility in front of Allah, the Most High, and there are no other words and considerations which give expression to this meaning.
* Being alone in the time of the Descent of Allah (last third of the night) for having private conversations with Him, reciting His Words, investigating the heart, displaying the manners of servitude whilst in front of Him and then to seal all of that by seeking forgiveness and repentance.
* Sitting with the truthful lovers (of Allah) and gathering the good fruits (emanating) from their speech, just as one picks out the best of fruits, and that you do not speak except when the benefit of the speech prevails and when you know that there is a betterment for you and benefit for others in it.
* Keeping distant from everything that comes between the heart and Allah, the Mighty and Majestic.May Allah make us of those who strive to love Him and are loved by Him,

lack of positive thinking
Morning to all
As we know many people come across our lives and we cannot forget, even if we wanted too.
Such people are unforgetable maybe, because they ask strange questions which sometimes appear funny for us like :
Why am i ugly?
Why am i too fat?
Why can't i be as slim as you ?
Why can't i be pretty ?
Well maybe it is diificult to answer these senstive questions , but these questions flow from lack of positive thinking and some lack in self-confidence
Many stories tell us how positive thinking works:
An employee felt that he is a failure and he lose the interview
An employee felt that he is successful and he got the job
What do we learn from these two situations?
Is there any magic employed here? No, it is all natural. When the attitude is positive we entertain pleasant feelings and constructive images, and see in our mind's eye what we really want to happen. This brings brightness to the eyes, more energy and happiness. The whole being broadcasts good will, happiness and success. Even the health is affected in a beneficial way. We walk tall and the voice is more powerful.

Drugs. What do we know about drugs? What do we imagine when we say this word? White powder or a young person, wiping out any possibility for his future to grow, killing himself slowly. Drugs came in our life and destroyed any relations between parents and children. I say "any" because this is the word, defining exactly what happens when a child starts taking drugs. Ignorance. Ignorance from the rest of the world, living in a world with no real friends, no sun, no flowers, no stars, no tears or laughter^ no love. The only friend of the drug addict is the syringe. And nevertheless, there are people who manage to emerge from all this, to overcome their dependence from drugs and let their life change, continue, develop or whatever word you're comfortable with. Why? Why there are so many drug addicts? Why does a child become a drug fiend? There are people, who are more probable to start taking drugs, than others. People, who are more responsible, stronger and are always "in charge" of their own problems, these people "never" take drugs, as they say themselves. These people are able to obey someone, to entice someone, to listen or act for someone, but to get what they want, to get the joy they want. But there are weak people, who have "closed" and ignored themselves from the rest of the reality, people who live in their own world. They are usually not willing to solve their problems by their own, so they find a "friend" who "helps" them. And all this, because you don't need neither to obey, nor to allure the squirt. No, you just take it, and you get they joy you have been longing for so fervently, ignoring everything else around you. You get a false joy, and become unable to feel anything, as you try to get another dose before you have to spend too much of your precious time in reality...

To put it simply a verb shows what something or someone does :: For example Paul rides a bicycle Here, the verb rides certainly denotes an action which Paul performs - the action of riding a bicycle We buy some books to learn English verbs In this example, the action word is "to buy". It tells us that the subject "we", that is the person who performs the action of the verb is "buying some books" The verb tense shows the time of the action or state. Aspect shows whether the action or state is completed or not. Voice is used to show relationships between the action and the people affected by it. Mood shows the attitude of the speaker about the verb, whether it is a declaration or an order. Verbs can be affected by person and number to show agreement with the subject Most statements in speech and writing have a main verb. These verbs are expressed in "tenses" which place everything in a point in time Verbs are conjugated (inflected) to reflect how they are used. There are two general areas in which conjugation occurs; for person and for tense Conjugation for tense Conjugation for tense is carried out on all verbs. All conjugations start with the infinitive form of the verb. The infinitive is simply the to form of the verb :: For example To begin The present participle form (the -ing form), is formed by adding ing to the bare infinitive. For example, to begin - beginning There are two other forms that the verb can take, depending on the tense type and time, thesimple past form and the past participle The form of the verb or its tense can tell when events take place :: For example, the verb kiss  Conjugation for person Conjugation for person occurs when the verb changes form, depending on whether it is governed by a first, second, or third person subject. This gives three conjugations for any verb depending on who is acting as the subject of the verb. For example: we have I begin, you begin , and he begins. Note that only the third conjunction really shows a difference In English, we distinguish between regular and irregular verbs. Regular verbs are those ones which form their past simple and past participle just by adding "-ed" to the base of the verb.
